Expanded Metal

Expanded Metal is cut and stretched from a metal plate which is subsequently flattened as required. It does not have any welded joints which may cause weakness, so it is very safe. It does not fray or unravel when cut left unframed like other products. In some applications, a particularly smooth and flat surface is desirable. The thickness is slightly reduced without affecting the strength of the material.

This product is lighter in weight and cheaper when compared with the steel sheet of the same thickness. It does not fray or unravel when cut left unframed like other products.
